That looks so good, you will post how you cook your roast, I always use a crockpot, but yours looks pretty delicious!
We just had this dinner minus the sparkling grape juice and with carrots and potatoes. So yummy!! I love fresh french bread too...
Katherine, I usually use a crock pot as well =) , but I didn't have enough time, so I cooked it in the oven. It was pretty yummy, but not as yummy as the crock pot!
